We understand that every car park is different, therefore we provide tailored solutions to each individual car park. We like to meet our client onsite, to understand the parking issues in depth and provide them with the best parking management solution. We always aim to provide the best solution from the start – this is why 98.7% of our clients stick with our original, customised proposals.
Our rotas are created to directly address your parking issues. Patrols will be arranged at times you face the most parking issues, to help solve the problem as quickly as possible. We send our attendants out to the car park at different times, during the day or night; this ensures that there is no consistent pattern formed for motorists to abuse the system. We provide up to six patrols a day, on a uniformed and non-uniformed rota.
An initial site evaluation by one of our surveyors will help us to understand your car park and the specific issues you need to address. We can then get to work to help you identify the best parking control system for your particular situation. The best part is that this evaluation is free of charge to you (T&Cs apply). We understand that you might not need a service, where our parking attendants regularly patrol your car park. If you prefer more control, like doing things yourself, or you only face parking problems at certain times, we have a callout service that should meet all your needs. This means that our parking attendants will only attend when you call us and ask. We will provide you with the number you need to dial and we are available 24/7 to take your call (T&Cs apply). We usually attend callouts within 20 mins, but times can vary, depending on traffic and location.
We can ensure specified vehicles never get issued with a PCN (Parking Charge Notice), on your car park. When signing up to our service, you may nominate a few vehicles to be added to our white-list. This means that we will not issue a PCN to these vehicles, even if they breach certain terms of the parking conditions.
